RETURNS

Unused and unopened products in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund less the original shipping cost. Used and opened items are not eligible to be returned. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns. If you wish to return an item that you received as a gift, please contact support@coleewilkinson.com.

TO RETURN AN ITEM

Please email us at support@coleewilkinson.com to let us know of the reason for your return and to start the return process. Then send your order and the original packing slip which serves as your receipt to:

We will notify you once we have received your returned item(s) and have issued a credit to your original method of payment. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect on your account. After that, if you still are not showing a credit to your account you may contact us at support@coleewilkinson.com for assistance.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer formal exchanges at this time. The fastest way to ensure that you get what you want is to return the item for a refund (see refund policy and procedure above) and to make a separate purchase for the new item.

DAMAGED ITEMS

In the rare event that you have received a damaged item, please keep the original box and packaging along with the damaged contents and contact support@coleewilkinson.com to make arrangements for replacement.
